  This surgery has gone from bad to worse. I get told that there are 4 staff answering the lines and taking appointments and they are released on the phone and app equally. However there is never any availability on the app anymore. Its terrible. You call and stay on the line for ages by the time you end up getting through having tried tens of times they tell you fully booked you can book an appointment for two weeks time!!!! In two weeks a person can be cured and running! Its terrible sevice. The practice manager also seems to be related to the surgery doctor soni question the impartiality of the complaints procedure. With all the hours the surgery is open and the number of doctors available do i have to die to get an appointment?
